Summary: The HR Change Practitioner role is a 6-month fixed-term contract focused on delivering complex organisational change programmes within a well-regarded global organisation. This fully remote position requires expertise in employee consultation and change management, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and HR colleagues to manage employee relations risks and provide guidance throughout the change process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end delivery of complex organisational change programmes directly linked to strategic business priorities
  • Lead and coordinate formal and informal employee consultation processes, ensuring they are well planned, legally compliant, employee centred and delivered at pace
  • Act as a central coordination point for consultation activity across multiple UK sites, ensuring consistency, fairness and clarity throughout
  • Partner closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues and employee representatives to support them through change
  • Proactively identify and manage employee relations risk, ensuring best practice approaches are followed at all times
  • Provide clear guidance and coaching to leaders on consultation processes, communication and decision making

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience leading consultation as part of large scale restructures or workforce transformation programmes within a UK environment
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice
  • Experience operating in large, complex and fast paced organisations, ideally with a multi site or global footprint
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and guiding leaders through sensitive change activity
  • Highly organised, resilient and able to deliver at pace in ambiguous environments

We are partnering with a highly regarded, global organisation with a strong market reputation and a fast paced, transformation led culture. This business operates at significant scale across multiple UK sites and internationally, and is known for delivering complex change programmes at speed while maintaining a strong focus on people, fairness and compliance. They are seeking an experienced HR Change Practitioner to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract to support the delivery of a major organisational change programme aligned to strategic business objectives.. This role is fully remote based within the UK and is offered as a fixed term contract rather than a day rate engagement.
