Summary: The HR Business Partner role is a temporary position lasting 1-3 months, primarily focused on supporting senior leaders within the Credit function. The candidate will provide HR business partner support, manage employee relations, and consult on the employee lifecycle. Strong communication skills and HR experience, particularly in financial services, are essential for success in this role. The position is remote, requiring availability during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Business partner support for the Credit organization
- Consult on matters along the entire spectrum of the employee lifecycle from hire to exits (strategy to tactics)
- Support management in their effectiveness at navigating difficult conversations through performance coaching
- Manage employee relations concerns/escalated issues within the Credit function
- Manage the creation of new job postings including working with the hiring manager on the job template, posting roles in Workday and offer creation
- Support other HR projects or initiatives as assigned including but not limited to quarterly Credit Town Hall and our Credit People Manager series
Key Skills:
- Fortune 250 HR experience, preferably in financial services/credit card
- Strong HRBP experience
- Experience with Learning/Training would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree OR in lieu of degree a high school diploma and 9+ years of HR related experience
- 3-5 years of increasing HR Generalist experience in Human Resources
- Experience supporting a geographically diverse client group
- Experience with Learning and Development, including event planning
- Demonstrated strength in communication and change management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
