Responsibilities:


Collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business objectives, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Oversee operational HR management, ensuring compliance with Belgian social law while fostering a productive and supportive workplace atmosphere.


Enrich the employee experience by managing blue and white-collar employee relations, thus driving engagement and retention across diverse teams.



Requirements:


Leverage your extensive HR Business Partner experience to shape and implement impactful HR strategies within a manufacturing setting.


Utilize your expertise in operational HR management, particularly in understanding and navigating Belgian social legislation.


Bring your fluency in both Dutch and English to facilitate effective communication in a multicultural and multi-disciplined workplace.
