10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced HR leaders based in the EU or UK to boost the accuracy, depth, and practical value of AI-powered HR and people management solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics like HR strategy, talent management, organizational design, culture, employee relations, and business change
  • Evaluate AI responses for commercial realism, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Draft realistic HR scenarios and case studies reflecting your hands-on experience in real organizations
  • Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. HRBP, people lead, executive, board member)
  • Identify gaps, oversimplifications, or flawed assumptions in AI-generated HR content
