Summary: The HRIS Analyst role involves managing and optimizing the HR system iTrent, supporting reporting needs with Business Objects and Power BI, and administering ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for iTrent, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Business Objects and Power BI.
  • Administer and configure ServiceNow, supporting HR service delivery and workflow automation.
  • Administer the ATS and Onboarding Tool, PageUp, including configuration, testing, and implementing changes.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes to support business needs.
  • Support system implementation projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver process improvements and automation.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and GDPR compliance across all HR systems.

  • Proven experience in an HRIS Analyst role within an iTrent environment.
  • Ability to configure iTrent workflows and reporting.

The Vacancy We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HR Systems team on a 12 month contract. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and optimisation of our HR system, iTrent , supporting complex Business Objects and Power BI reporting requirements, and administering ServiceNow .

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for iTrent, our HR and Payroll system, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Business Objects and Power BI.
  • Administer and configure ServiceNow, supporting HR service delivery and workflow automation.
  • Administer our newly implemented ATS and Onboarding Tool, PageUp, including configuration, testing, and implementing changes based on our Day 2 requirements.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes to support business needs.
  • Support system implementation projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver process improvements and automation.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and GDPR compliance across all HR systems.
