Housing Disrepair Locum Lawyer

Due to a significant increase in new claims, our Local Authority client is seeking to recruit a Housing Disrepair Lawyer to provide additional support to the team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for taking instructions from clients, reviewing expert reports and repair logs, advising on legal costs and settling claims where appropriate. The role also has supervisory responsibility of a small team of legal assistants.

This is a full-time role; however, 4 days and condensed working will also be considered. This is a fully remote working role.
