Summary: We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead the implementation of the Phreesia platform for a pediatric healthcare organization. This contract-to-hire position is remote and requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful integration and long-term management of the platform. The role also involves supporting the rollout of AI-driven patient scheduling tools. Candidates must be based in California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Systems Analysis efforts for a Phreesia implementation (patient intake, payments, scheduling workflows)
- Act as the primary liaison between vendor, Clinical Applications, and engineering teams
- Gather and document business/functional requirements and translate into technical deliverables
- Support integrations with EHR systems (Cerner / Oracle Health)
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and alignment across teams
- Support rollout of AI-driven patient scheduling and intake automation tools
- Serve as the internal SME for Phreesia post-implementation and support future expansion
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Phreesia OR similar patient intake / digital front door platforms
- Experience with platforms such as Luma Health, Kyruus Health, NexHealth, Epic (MyChart), or Oracle Health consumer tools
- Strong background in healthcare systems and EHR integrations (Cerner / Oracle Health preferred)
- Experience working with third-party vendors and implementation projects
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements for engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including executive-level interaction
- Exposure to AI-driven tools or patient engagement automation is a plus

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to lead a high-visibility Phreesia implementation for a leading pediatric healthcare organization. This is a contract-to-hire role open to candidates based in California, working remotely.
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Phreesia platform partnering with the vendor, clinical stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive implementation, integration, and long-term ownership.
