Summary: The HL7-FHIR Data Mapping/Data Migration Consultant role focuses on designing and implementing healthcare data integrations using HL7 and FHIR standards. The consultant will lead migration projects from CCD/CCDA to FHIR, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement healthcare data integrations using HL7 (v2/v3) and FHIR standards
• Lead or support migration from CCD/CCDA to FHIR, ensuring clinical and technical accuracy
• Map and transform clinical data into FHIR-compliant resources
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless EHR data exchange
• Build or enhance RESTful FHIR APIs to support clinical workflows and third-party integrations

Key Skills:

• 5+ years working with HL7 (v2/v3) messages (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU)
• Proven experience in CCD/CCDA to FHIR migration projects
• Deep knowledge of FHIR Resources
• Familiarity with JSON/XML, REST APIs, and OAuth2/SMART on FHIR protocols
