Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Windows system environments (cloud and on-prem).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows system issues.

  • Provision, monitor, and upgrade virtual resources/software in hybrid cloud environments.
  • Apply security and OS patches as needed.

Role Overview
