The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a critical customerfacing role focused on enabling successful transitions from Legacy MFT Platform to A New Modern MFT Platform, Optum s nextgeneration enterprise configuration and filetransfer platform. This role acts as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders by translating legacy configurations into A New Modern MFT Platformready designs that achieve equivalent business outcomes.
Role is focused on requirements, configuration, validation, and documentation rather than software development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
8 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, platform implementations, customer onboarding, integrations, or configurationheavy environments
Demonstrated experience supporting filetransfer or integration platforms
Proven ability to work directly with customers in complex, enterprise environments
Experience supporting system migrations or largescale customer transitions (preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel efforts and drive work to completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in customerfacing contexts
Required AI Skills:
- All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to:
-Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.
