The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HighQ and will collaborate with various teams to enhance workflows and drive digital transformation. This position requires strong technical and functional expertise in HighQ, along with the ability to train and support end-users. The role is based in Chicago, IL, but is open to candidates from outside the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the organization's primary expert on the HighQ platform.
- Lead the deployment and customization of HighQ instances, including sites, iSheets, workflows, permissions, and automation.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective HighQ solutions.
- Design and build HighQ dashboards, document automation, contract management workflows, and data visualizations.
- Train and support end-users on platform functionality, ensuring high user adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and coordinate with HighQ support or vendors as needed.
- Monitor usage and performance metrics, providing recommendations for platform optimization.
- Stay up to date with HighQ feature releases and best practices, evaluating new tools and modules.
- Document configurations, processes, and training materials.
