We are actively recruiting a Helpdesk Specialist for our client in Knoxville, TN. This is a fully remote contract opportunity. This position is based out of the client's corporate office, and will supplement the service desk team. Ideally, you will possess substantial experience in managing phone queues and will have previously worked in a large corporate setting. Must be proactive, highly motivated, and prioritize exceptional customer support above all. This is a fast paced, dynamic setting where you will be required to navigate a high-volume call environment, manage a significant number of personal ticket queues daily, and show proficiency in utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM platform.
