• Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and ALM.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently.

Key Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in the PBM domain.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle, eligibility/enrollment, formulary management, and benefit configuration.
• Experience testing EDI transactions (e.g., NCPDP, 837, 834, 835) is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Excel, etc.
