Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare quality and compliance projects across cross-functional teams.
• Support NCQA and HEDIS-related activities, documentation, timelines, and reporting.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools.
• Perform data analysis using complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and macros/VBA.
• Develop project plans, risk logs, and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Drive meetings, manage timelines, and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within payer or provider environments.
