Summary: The Healthcare Data Analyst role focuses on data analysis and engineering within a Healthcare Insurance organization, requiring expertise in SQL and Python. Key Responsibilities:
- Investigates and resolves data quality issues, including identifying, assessing, fixing, documenting, and communicating potential quality issues to customers and stakeholders.
- Works with source system data managers and stewards as well as operational and clinical leaders to understand source applications and processes and to identify and correct source system data quality issues.
- Oversees and participates in support of production services including troubleshooting; responding to requests for security access, new tables, or new objects; performing access audits; ensuring data stewardship compliance; and answering customer questions.
- Provides quality assurance functions to all work.
- Assists with the development and maintenance of knowledge resources including online and in-person training programs, knowledge bases, FAQs, and inventories.
- Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots recurring processes including extractions, ETLs, datamarts, and reports.
- Tasks can include scoping, collecting requirements, valuation, testing, training, deployment activities, and post-go live assessments.
