Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports utilizing SQL, MySQL, and Power BI.
- Transform complex healthcare and operational metrics into scannable, executive-ready dashboards.
- Provide technical documentation and train peers on reporting processes and calculation metrics.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and drive precise business outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Expert-level SQL & Excel (3+ Years): Data extraction and deep data analysis.
- Power BI (3+ Years): Building performance analytics dashboards and predictive forecasts.
