Position Overview:
Client provides services to health insurance companies (client) to support medical record reviews and audits. In this role you will support and participate in the Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy audits with our clients.

Job Description:
Provide overall audit support with duties that include, but are not limited to:

  • Accountable for performing critical initial review of Demographic & Enrollment and Pharmacy screenshots against expected information with readiness for validation review processing functions across multiple client source systems; requiring strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality control
  • Review client source system screenshots alongside expected data while navigating multiple computer screens
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, complex organization, securely handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and supporting regulated deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications, Adobe and the ability to navigate in a web based tool

Requirements:
• Associate’s degree preferred and/or 2 years office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proprietary software tools
• Knowledge of member demographics, health insurance policies and source systems is recommended
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
