At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to train cutting-edge models — and we need MPH-level specialists to keep those models honest, rigorous, and aligned with scientific consensus. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain knowledge directly shapes how millions of people may one day receive health information from AI.

What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Build advanced challenge problems involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, epidemiological analysis, and interpretation of clinical trial data
  • Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses grounded in peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current public health guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO
  • Audit AI-Generated Health Content — Evaluate AI responses for factual accuracy, logical consistency, potential bias, and adherence to ethical health communication standards
  • Refine AI Reasoning — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk appropriately, and address diverse populations with cultural sensitivity

Who You Are

  • Holder of a Masters in Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree

  • Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written information
