Summary: The Health IT Compliance Specialist role requires extensive experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, procurement, vendor oversight, and policy analysis. Key Responsibilities:

Job Title:

Location: Raleigh, NC - Remote

Description:This staff will need extensive experience in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, procurement, vendor oversight, and policy analysis. This position will lead efforts to provide eligible rural providers with onboarding, oversee personnel and technical vendor support, work with DHHS and other stakeholders to establish KPIs, and continuous quality improvement process. Ability to travel within North Carolina and/or nationally about once a month (Research Triangle-based candidates preferred)

Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.
Description (including, but not limited to):
1. Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
2. Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
3. Analysis, visual design, development, data analysis, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions, maintenance (including production support), etc.
