Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise, guide, and coach personnel on company procedures.
  • Provide advice on current occupational health and safety and environmental legislation.
  • Contribute to health and safety meetings, providing minutes and necessary actions.
  • Produce monthly reports regarding company health and safety performance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections of health and safety practices across the business.
  • Review performance of personnel and contractors to meet standards.
  • Contribute to health and safety strategy promoting innovative approaches to person-led safety.
  • Investigate complex safety and environmental incidents and accidents.
  • Lead safety improvement initiatives through action plan development and monitoring.
  • Produce accurate reports for effective safety decision-making.
  • Support new business and acquisitions through integration planning.
