Summary: The Head of Growth at Félix will spearhead customer acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies within a dynamic, innovative fintech environment. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in scaling growth at consumer-facing tech startups, particularly in the fintech sector. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams to drive impactful growth initiatives and will report directly to the co-founder and COO. The position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a mission-driven company focused on empowering the Latino community in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the company’s growth strategy across paid and organic acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing growth team (lifecycle, performance, data, marketing).
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives across the funnel.
  • Lead and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies (digital marketing, referral, affiliate, partnerships).
  • Build and test new user acquisition channels based on performance and CAC targets.
  • Drive efficient customer growth through a deep understanding of user personas and segmentation.
  • Define lifecycle marketing strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and LTV.
  • Collaborate on onboarding, re-engagement, and churn reduction initiatives using behavioral insights and experimentation.
  • Identify and execute initiatives to improve transaction frequency and revenue per user.
  • Optimize pricing, incentives, and promotions based on cohort behavior and ROI analysis.
  • Lead a rigorous experimentation culture using A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort tracking.
  • Own growth reporting and dashboards; communicate performance insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in growth and product-led growth across the customer lifecycle (at least 2 years in a senior leadership role).
  • Proven success in scaling customer acquisition and retention in fintech, payments, or consumer apps.
  • Strong analytical skills; expert in data tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
  • Deep understanding of growth loops, LTV/CAC dynamics, and full-funnel metrics.
  • Experience with multichannel campaigns (SEM, paid social, influencer, lifecycle, CRM, referral).
  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience in remittances, cross-border payments, or emerging markets (nice-to-have).
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages relevant to target remittance corridors (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in fintech growth (nice-to-have).
