Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a forward-looking workforce planning strategy aligned to business growth and transformation goals
- Lead succession planning across critical roles, ensuring strong pipelines for leadership and business-critical positions
- Partner with executive leadership on organisational design and capability planning
- Identify current and future skills gaps, particularly across digital, data, and AI capabilities
- Design and implement talent management frameworks, including high-potential programmes and career pathways
- Leverage data and insights to inform strategic talent decisions, including headcount planning and future capability requirements
- Collaborate with People/HR teams to align talent strategy with learning, development, and performance frameworks
- Support the development of a high-performing and inclusive culture through effective talent and development practices
- Provide oversight of recruitment strategy where required, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce plans
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior talent or people leadership role, with a strong focus on talent strategy, workforce planning, or organisational development
