A Multi Academy trust is looking to appoint an interim Head of Primary Finance to support the finance function of the school s main sites. . The role is based in Elland, but remote work is available. The school are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Your new role


The role will entail carrying out a mixture of day-to-day financial tasks, working in partnership with the Finance Director. Your duties will include but not restricted to accounts payable, processing invoices, working on budgets and banking. This needs to be an individual who is experienced in school s finance and accounts, has knowledge of local authority procedures and FMS experience would be desirable.


What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have proven finance experience in the above, ideally in a school, and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
