Summary: The HCM Workday Functional Consultant will support the implementation and optimization of Workday HCM solutions for a leading global advertising company. This role involves leading discussions, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. The position is remote with occasional travel to London and is offered as a 6-month contract with potential for extension. The consultant will provide functional expertise to enhance Workday processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading discussions on pre-defined global HCM templates and solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements across UK and European operations.
• Facilitating workshops to gather requirements and contribute to design discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Collaborating with key teams, including the UK-based HCM Solution Architect and the offshore delivery team in India, to define and validate solutions that meet business needs.
• Aligning with other workstream leads to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Workday HCM deployment and enhancements.
• Providing functional expertise to optimize Workday HCM processes, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
