Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented HCM Functional Consultant 1 focused on Core HR and Benefits modules to join our HCM team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders for Core HR and Benefits.
  • Assist in configuring HCM systems (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, SAP Success Factors) in alignment with business needs.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including data mapping, process design, system setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) for Core HR and Benefits modules.
  • Document business requirements, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
  • Work closely with senior consultants and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions.
  • Support client training sessions and help prepare user manuals and training materials.
  • Assist in benefits enrollment setup, plan configuration, eligibility rules, and open enrollment testing.
  • Stay updated on HCM best practices and compliance regulations related to Core HR and Benefits.
  • Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system optimization recommendations.
