Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud-based HR solutions.
- Bridge the gap between people management and digital solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to identify solutions.
Key Skills:

Education and Experience Recommended
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, human resources, computer science, or any related field from an appropriately accredited institution
- Five years of experience in a lead, functional/technical, or similar role focused on HR/Human Capital Management (HCM) providing design, configuration, testing and deployment of cloud-based solutions; talent management experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience bridging the gap between people management and digital solutions

- Deep HCM Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, compliance regulations, and industry best practices
- Deep Organizational Knowledge (preferred, but not required):Comprehensive understanding of the state s organization management and culture, specifically organization roles versus user roles and how organizations interact with user roles
- SaaS Platform Expertise:Proficiency in a specific HCM SaaS platform like Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Technical Skills:Demonstrated experience with solution design and configuration, data mapping, reporting tools, and integration technologies. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated ability to follow the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC)
- Communication Skills:Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and discussions with end-users, business owners, and team members
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot system issues and identify solutions
- Facilitation and Collaboration:collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR business owners, IT developers, and project managers
