Summary: The Hasura DDN Integration Engineer role involves leading the integration layer of a major HR systems programme, focusing on designing and delivering a centralized integration platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and configuring a Hasura DDN project, including GraphQL schema design and API access controls
  • Building custom data connectors and integrating with third-party REST APIs
  • Developing webhook handlers and event-driven workflows
  • Implementing data transformation, mapping, and validation logic between systems
  • Ensuring integrations include error handling, monitoring, and observability
  • Producing technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer to internal teams

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Hasura DDN / Hasura v3, or strong experience with Hasura v2 and GraphQL platforms
  • Strong knowledge of GraphQL schema design, queries, mutations, and authentication patterns
  • Experience building microservices or integration platforms

Are you a technically strong Hasura and GraphQL specialist ready to lead the integration layer of a major HR systems programme? Our client is seeking a Hasura DDN Integration Engineer to design and deliver a centralised integration platform connecting a core HR system with several external services. The project requires expertise in Hasura, GraphQL, and microservices-based architectures, with a focus on building scalable and event-driven integrations across multiple systems. This is a hands-on contract role, ideally suited to a senior integration engineer with strong experience in Hasura DDN (or Hasura v2), GraphQL API design, and complex system integrations.

The Role
Working within a multi-vendor delivery environment, the successful candidate will take ownership of the Hasura integration layer, designing and implementing the architecture that enables secure and reliable data exchange between systems.
