Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to support the development and training of advanced AI systems using real-world HR knowledge and documentation. This remote contract role requires expertise in employment law, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration to ensure AI models reflect modern HR standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and maintain detailed personnel records, including recruitment documentation, performance evaluations, employee relations matters, classifications, and leave records
- Record and validate employee-related data such as compensation details, attendance records, supervisory notes, and separation documentation
- Interpret and explain personnel policies, employee benefits programs, and HR procedures for structured AI training datasets
- Assist in benefits administration and workers’ compensation documentation, ensuring compliance and clarity
- Respond to inquiries related to eligibility, compensation structures, benefits, and employment policies
- Annotate and structure HR case scenarios to support AI model training and evaluation
- Review and refine AI-generated HR outputs to ensure legal compliance, accuracy, and alignment with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams in a remote environment
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in human resources (excluding payroll and timekeeping functions)
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee benefits administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing complex personnel documentation
