GXP Test lead

Summary: The GXP Test Lead role involves overseeing the migration of applications to the Cloud, ensuring that applications remain unaffected post-migration. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the testing efforts for the migration of on-prem servers and applications to Cloud.
• Verify and validate that applications are not impacted post-migration.
• Manage test planning, estimation, and cross-functional communication.
• Oversee testing of application migration to AWS Cloud and database migration testing.
• Utilize tools and test management systems such as JIRA and HP ALM.
• Implement test automation and performance testing strategies.

Key Skills:

• 12 - 15+ years of software QA/testing experience, with at least 8+ years in regulated environments like life sciences, pharma.
• Strong expertise in GxP and CSV.
• Hands-on proficiency in functional testing.
• Strong leadership and test management skills in a multivendor environment.
• In-depth understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) process.
• Knowledge of test automation and performance testing.
