Guidewire Technical Lead (34690)

Summary: Our insurance-sector client is looking for a Guidewire Technical Lead for a long-term remote contract. The role involves providing support for the Guidewire platform, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions, integrating systems, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Strong experience in Guidewire and API integration is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions using Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Implement workflows, rules, data models, and UI components (PCFs).
• Integrate Guidewire with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Conduct code reviews for offshore development deliverables and provide support to unblock the team on technical issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design with client stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Ensure solutions align with business goals and insurance processes.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Strong experience integrating Guidewire with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring offshore development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in requirements and solution design sessions, aligning technical solutions with client business and insurance processes.
