Summary: The role of a Guidewire P&C Billing Expert Business Analyst involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document requirements in an Agile environment. The analyst will facilitate workshops, translate business needs into functional specifications, and support backlog management. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Facilitate requirement workshops and working sessions
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories
- Support backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization in alignment with Agile practices
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and support solution definition
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, process flows, data mappings, and functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Support testing efforts, including validating requirements and assisting with defect triage
- Assist with training materials and documentation as needed
