Summary: The Guidewire Developer role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions, with a focus on product configuration and enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Configure Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, and Integrations
• Design and implement rating solutions including rate tables, rate routines, and worksheets
• Work on SBT and bureau-based product implementations/customizations
• Support Commercial Lines product configuration and enhancements
• Conduct code reviews, effort estimations, and mentor development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and support release activities

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience with strong expertise in PolicyCenter
• Strong hands-on experience in Product Model, PCF, Gosu, Rules, and Integrations
• Strong experience in Rating and Product Configuration
• Experience in Standards-Based Templates (SBT) and bureau-based implementations
• Strong Commercial Lines insurance domain experience
• Technical leadership experience in design, code reviews, estimations, and team mentoring
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (Mammoth release or above)
