Summary: The Guidewire Delivery Lead will be responsible for developing, assessing, and implementing Application Maintenance and Support solutions using Guidewire, specifically focusing on ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter. This role requires extensive knowledge of Guidewire Core applications and involves supporting the implementation of Guidewire products for insurance clients. The position is remote with a base in London and is classified as inside IR35. The contract duration is initially for 6 months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Guidewire Core applications (ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter and BillingCenter)
- Systems Configuration Management in Insurance Industry
- Develop, assess, and implement Application Maintenance and Support solutions using Guidewire for insurance clients
- Support Guidewire application implementation (Guidewire Digital products, InsuranceSuite, Data Products) from discovery to deployment phases
- Understand IT Strategy and Transformation related to IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL practices, IT infrastructure, architecture, and operations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver clear requests for information and manage client needs
- Demonstrate flexibility in task prioritization and completion, and communicate potential conflicts to supervisors
- Consulting and Project Management Expertise
Key Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Guidewire Core applications (ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter and BillingCenter)
- Experience in Systems Configuration Management in the Insurance Industry
- Ability to develop, assess, and implement Application Maintenance and Support solutions using Guidewire
- Experience in supporting Guidewire application implementation from discovery to deployment
- Understanding of IT Strategy and Transformation related to ITSM and ITIL practices
- Strong client relationship and engagement skills
