Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead for Guidewire BillingCenter development initiatives.
- Design, configure, and develop custom solutions within the GW BC framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to BillingCenter.
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure system stability during the core support window: 8:30 AM 4:30 PM CT.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 6 years in Guidewire BillingCenter development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire Gosu programming and BillingCenter configuration/integration.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver solutions on time.
- Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud or on-prem implementations.
- Solid understanding of billing processes in the P&C insurance domain.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
