About the Opportunity
Axcels is a fast-moving GenAI startup redefining how tech startups turn complex products into engaging, scalable content. As we expand into the UK, we’re looking to contract an independent GTM Partner to help us build relationships with high-potential digital agencies. This is not a full-time job — it’s a contractor role with a clear outcome-based incentive structure. You’ll collaborate closely with our founders but operate independently, with a strong degree of ownership. There are 500–1,000 digital agencies in the UK that specialize in supporting tech startups — and this ecosystem is growing fast. These agencies are looking for solutions to scale their content creation and improve their positioning. That’s where Axcels fits in.

What You'll Be Contracted to Do
Identify and engage boutique and midsize agencies working with tech clients
Proactively lead outreach and relationship development
Share target prospect lists and drive forward qualified conversations
Collaborate with Axcels’ founding team on closing and onboarding
Provide structured market feedback to improve our agency GTM fit
Focus on outcomes (signed customers) — not activity metrics

Contractor Compensation
This role is 100% performance-based : $2,000 payout when an agency contract is signed and onboarding begins
$3,000 additional payout after 3 full months of active customer usage
Total earnings per customer: $5,000
