About Neuron

Neuron is building a new category in the property industry. Today, developers and architects make major decisions without real engineering input because it’s too slow, too expensive, and too hard to access early. We’ve changed that. We combine engineering + software to bring fast, reliable insight into the very start of a project where it actually matters. We currently operate across the UK and Australia and are expanding, with:

  • A growing engineering consultancy
  • A SaaS platform scaling alongside it

Both sides of the business are tightly connected and this role sits across both.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing at Neuron. This is a practical execution role. You’ll be creating content, running campaigns, managing paid and social channels, using AI tools to move faster, and helping launch Neuron into new markets. You’ll work directly with the founders to:

  • Drive demand
  • Shape how we show up in the market
  • Turn what we’re building into clear, useful marketing
  • Support the launch and growth of both the consultancy and SaaS platform

You won’t just be directing the work — you’ll be in the work.
