Summary: The Growth Marketer role is a contract position focused on B2B lead generation for a fast-growing SaaS company in the People/HR sector. The marketer will collaborate closely with the sales team to create impactful campaigns that drive qualified client meetings and revenue. This position emphasizes practical results over vanity metrics, requiring a hands-on approach to demand generation. The role is remote, with a commitment of 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and run B2B demand gen campaigns that generate around 30–40 qualified client meetings per month
  • Work closely with Sales to develop targeted messaging and outbound sequences that convert
  • Test and optimise across channels such as Apollo, LinkedIn Ads, email and content-led campaigns
  • Create short-form content to support outbound and nurture (snippets, case studies, landing page copy, hooks etc)
  • Support with event activity across HR/People conferences to drive leads and brand visibility
  • Track, measure and report on campaign performance and iterate quickly
  • Put process around what works so the pipeline becomes predictable and repeatable

Key Skills:

  • Proven B2B growth or demand gen experience in SaaS or a similar B2B environment
  • Confident using Apollo for outbound and data enrichment
  • Experience running LinkedIn campaigns (paid and organic)
  • Strong email and outreach copywriting skills
  • Comfortable producing simple but effective content that supports commercial goals
  • Data-led, curious and happy to experiment to find what works
  • Bonus: experience activating at B2B/HR industry events

Growth Marketer (Contract) B2B Lead Generation Outside IR35 2–3 days per week Remote Day Rate dependent on experience I’m supporting a fast-growing SaaS business in the People/HR space who are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help scale their B2B lead generation engine. Having just hired a Sales Director, they now want a commercially minded marketer who can partner with sales to build a pipeline and consistently drive quality client conversations. The aim here is impact – turning smart campaigns into meetings and revenue, not vanity metrics.
