- Deliver high-quality monthly management accounts for individual entities and consolidated group results
- Build and maintain a robust group consolidation process and drive continuous improvements in reporting
- Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and coordinate successful group audits
- Provide clear, practical technical accounting advice across the group (UK GAAP, with future potential for IFRS)
- Integrate newly acquired businesses into a unified, scalable financial control framework
- Develop and maintain group accounting policy manuals and chart of accounts
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and efficiency gains
- Coach and support local finance teams to build capability and ensure consistent, high-quality reporting
- Oversee regulatory submissions (VAT, PAYE, CT, ONS) and support group treasury activities
