- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GRC modules.
- Provide technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow GRC.
- Strong understanding of GRC principles and risk/compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC, HIPAA).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
