GRC Analyst – Onspring Implementation

Role Overview

We are seeking a GRC Analyst with proven experience in implementing and standing up Onspring.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, deploying, and optimizing Onspring’s GRC suite to streamline governance, risk, and compliance processes for our client.

Responsibilities

• Onspring Implementation: Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of Onspring GRC modules.
• Process Streamlining: Centralize data and strengthen oversight through tool optimization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to align GRC workflows with business needs.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight: Ensure visibility, efficiency, and confidence in evolving risk management practices.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience standing up Onspring at least once in a professional setting.
• Strong background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
