Summary: The role of a part-time Graphic Designer involves supporting marketing initiatives through the creation of high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of producing a significant volume of creative assets monthly while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities include designing graphics for multiple platforms and maintaining brand consistency. The position requires a strong background in graphic design, particularly in digital and print media, along with proficiency in relevant design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, and presentations
- Create 25+ graphic design assets per month, with additional one-off projects as needed to support marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain branded templates to ensure visual consistency and speed in content creation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and other stakeholders) to deliver visuals aligned with campaign goals
- Manage and organize design assets, including version control and proper archiving
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending fresh and effective visual approaches
- Participate in daily and weekly check-ins with marketing team members to align on priorities and timelines
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience with an emphasis on digital and print design
- MUST have AI integration experience
- Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
- Experience with social media platforms, WordPress/web and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Strong understanding of digital marketing design and print design principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Airtable for project management and task organization
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to execute tasks on time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to accept and execute orders/tasks by marketing director
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus

Qualifications
3+ years of graphic design experience with an emphasis on digital and print design.
MUST have AI integration experience
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
