Summary: The Marketing Specialist / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating custom marketing materials for real estate agents, managing requests, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. This role requires collaboration with agents and team members in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design or marketing and be proficient in various design and project management tools. This position is a full-time independent contractor role with a work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage incoming marketing requests through the project management system (Asana)
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, postcards, presentations, and digital ads using Canva and other creative tools
- Communicate professionally and promptly with agents and internal teams via email and other channels to clarify project details, provide updates, and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns, events, and company initiatives
- Utilize Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to manage communication, document sharing, and collaboration
- Prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment
- Assist in maintaining organized design files, templates, and shared marketing resources
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and team efficiency
Key Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Strong familiarity with Asana or other project management tools
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong email communication skills with excellent attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism

Job Highlights
Monthly Rate: USD 1020
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 Hours
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
