  • Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
  • Provide structured, precise written reasoning to support AI model development

Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management
  • Familiar with one or more major frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, or similar
  • Comfortable reading, interpreting, and critiquing policy and audit documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality output
  • Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows (nice to have)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced GRC professionals to help build and evaluate AI systems that reason about security, compliance, and risk. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your real-world expertise in governance and compliance will directly shape how AI understands these critical domains. This isn't a typical compliance role. You'll be applying your knowledge in a new and meaningful way: helping frontier AI get security and risk reasoning right.
