Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform control testing, cloud security assessments, risk management, and compliance programs.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, IAM, security controls, logging, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Experience in evaluating cloud controls related to access management, encryption, network security, and change management.
- Experience with compliance frameworks including NIST, CIS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and ITcontrols.
- Experience in audit support, control validation, remediation tracking, and regulatory testing activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cloud, security, risk, and audit teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cloud control testing initiatives across Google Cloud Platform environments to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Design and execute assessments of security, operational, and compliance-related cloud controls.
- Experience in reviewing IAM configurations, monitoring controls, encryption settings, and network protections.
- Experience with documenting findings, collecting evidence, and validating remediation activities.
- Experience in supporting internal and external audit engagements and compliance assessments.
- Deliver recommendations that improve cloud governance, security posture, and regulatory readiness.
