Summary: The Google & Meta Ads Specialist role is a contract-based remote position focused on managing, optimizing, and scaling paid ad campaigns for a large project. The specialist will be responsible for strategic campaign management, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making, while collaborating with content and design teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising, particularly with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and will be adept at analyzing campaign performance to drive leads and sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive leads for applications.
- Track, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other data tools to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging and compelling creative ads.
- Conduct extensive research on keywords, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising and consumer behavior to refine strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to track time accurately for campaign reporting and internal accountability.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of generating leads and increasing sales through paid advertising.
- Google Ads Certification and Meta Ads Blueprint Certification required.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools.
- Experience working remotely with strong self-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client collaboration and internal reporting.
