1 | Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical engineer for the enterprise collaboration suite, including Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Vault, Gemini), Smartsheet, and Lucidchart. |
2 | Lead the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and architecture of all core collaboration platforms to support a global workforce. |
3 | Design and execute global rollouts, configuration baselines, and change management processes for new and existing features and tools. |
4 | Implement, maintain, and enforce security controls and governance policies (DLP, data residency, conditional access, SSO/SAML, OAuth) in close collaboration with Information Security, Compliance, and Identity teams. |
5 | Develop,maintain, and leverage scripting and automation tools (Google Apps Script, Python, PowerShell, GAM) to reduce operational load and enhance service quality. |
