Overview
We are seeking a Gong expert to support a client in re-evaluating and expanding a prior proof of concept (POC). The client initially tested Gong with a small user group but did not move forward due to challenges within their legacy environment.
The goal of this engagement is to assess feasibility, address technical limitations, and validate Gong’s value within an older, complex system landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Review prior Gong POC and identify gaps or blockers
Assess feasibility of Gong within a legacy (20+ year) environment
Identify and troubleshoot integration or data limitations
Provide recommendations on best practices and optimal setup
Support reintroduction and positioning of Gong as a viable solution
Partner with stakeholders to validate proof of value for broader rollout
Required Experience
Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing **Gong
Strong understanding of sales tech stack integrations (CRM, call systems, etc.)
Experience working in legacy or complex system environments
Ability to assess feasibility and provide practical recommendations
Nice to Have
Prior experience working directly at Gong or as a Gong partner/consultant
