Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (preferred primary language)
- Experience building distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Experience with messaging, event streaming, or event-driven platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service development
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure)
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS, or similar messaging technologies
- Experience building platform-level services used by multiple engineering teams
- Background supporting high-volume consumer-facing applications
- Experience with promotions, ecommerce, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or OpenTelemetry
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
