- Support, maintain, and enhance key ministry applications:
- TRA Application System
- Corporate and Commodity Audit System
- Dispute Resolution, Analysis, and Tracking System
- Compliance Inventory Management System
- Corporate/Commodity Tax System
- TBF Incident Management System
- Perform development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.
- Follow GOA architecture, security, and coding standards.
- Conduct unit, system, and performance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Update and maintain application documentation.
- Manage and support development/test environments.
- Track/report defects, progress, and estimates.
- Provide daily application support (shared inbox monitoring).
