Summary: As a Go High Level CRM Specialist, you will provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and configure automation workflows primarily using GoHighLevel. This role requires strong communication skills and technical expertise to assist clients effectively while working from home as an independent contractor. You will be responsible for managing support tickets, optimizing workflows, and embedding web forms for lead capture. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a focus on ensuring smooth software adoption for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound technical support tickets via Freshdesk software.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to GoHighLevel.
- Provide clear, concise solutions and technical guidance to customers.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams when necessary.
- Communicate with clients, including making phone calls to book appointments and follow up on ongoing issues.
- Set up and optimize GoHighLevel workflows to automate customer processes.
- Assist clients in configuring email templates, triggers, and automation sequences.
- Integrate third-party tools with GoHighLevel for better workflow efficiency.
- Embed and customize GoHighLevel contact forms on customer websites for lead capture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form submissions.

Job Role Summary/Overview As a Go High Level CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring automation workflows. You will be a key member of technical support, working closely with our customers and internal team to solve issues efficiently and ensure smooth software adoption.
